FRKN Chameleon Painting is a multiplayer hide & seek minigame where hiding means painting yourself into the map. Painters get a full paint studio on their own character: pick colours straight from the wall behind them, paint their body to match it, strike a pose and freeze. Hunters walk right past a "wall" that is actually a player. One wrong colour, one move at the wrong moment, and a paint shot ends the round. Ships with 3 custom maps, custom character models, poses and animations — ready to play out of the box.

MAIN FEATURES

• Paint Yourself Into The Map: A real in-game paint studio on your own character. Brush, eraser, adjustable brush size and opacity, round and square tips, and a one-click Fill All. Paint is synced live to every player in the match, so what you paint is exactly what the hunters see.

• Eyedropper From The World: Point at any wall, floor or prop and pick its colour instantly. A calibration pass keeps the picked colour true to what is on screen, and every picked colour is saved to your quick palette.

• Cling To Walls & Ceilings: Painters can jump onto walls, pillars and high spots and stay there, sliding along the surface. The best hiding places are not on the floor.

• Pose Wheel: 8 hand-made poses (lie down, crouch, hide in the cape, star, stretch, hands up, hands on hips, wave) to break your silhouette and blend into the shapes around you.

• 3 Game Modes:
  – Classic: fixed teams, a caught painter becomes a spectator. Painters win when the clock runs out.
  – Infection: every caught painter instantly turns into a hunter. The hunter team grows until the last painter falls.
  – Double: two equal teams play two rounds and swap roles. Most captures wins, a tie goes to the faster hunt.

• Hunters With A Paint Gun: First and third person hunter camera with a crosshair, a custom paint gun model, visible paint projectiles and splash effects. Limited ammo, and a hit refunds the shot.

• Full Lobby System: Players create and join lobbies from a modern UI. The leader picks the map, mode, player counts, hide time, search time, ammo, entry fee, whistle interval and team radio, everyone readies up, and the match starts. Several lobbies run at the same time without seeing each other.

• Whistle Bait: Painters can whistle to taunt hunters, and an optional auto whistle forces hidden players to give themselves away. Hunters hear the direction and distance, walls muffle the sound.

• Spectator & Free Camera: Caught players keep watching with a free camera or by following teammates, kept inside the arena so it can never be used to scout.

• Match Atmosphere: Map loading screen with tips, hunters blinded while painters hide, catch markers left where a painter was found, in-match team and global chat, an animated result screen and a permanent Top Players leaderboard.

CUSTOM CONTENT INCLUDED

• 3 Custom Maps: Art Loft, Modern Penthouse and Modern Loft — built for hide & seek, with corners, walls and colours made to be blended into. Plus 2 GTA interiors (Benny's Garage and Rock Club) set up and ready, for 5 arenas in total.

• Custom Character Models: A paintable painter character with 8 pose models, a hunter character and a paint gun model, each in large and small scale variants for bigger maps or tighter hiding.

• Custom Animations: Painter walk and idle animations, hunter walk and idle animations, and a job NPC that stands at the start point to open the lobby.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Multiplayer Synced: Paint, poses, wall clinging, jumps and shots are synced to every player in the match. Every match runs in its own routing bucket, so lobbies never collide.

• Server Side Validation: Shots, captures, rewards and match flow are decided on the server, so a capture cannot be faked from the client.

• Entry Fee & Rewards: Optional per-player entry fee paid out to the winning side. Cash, bank or any ESX account.

• Team Radio: Automatic per-team radio channels through pma-voice, unique for every lobby. The lobby leader can turn it on or off.

• Anti-Stuck & Arena Protection: Hold a key to return to the last safe spot, arena boundaries with a grace timer, locked doors and invisible blockers you place yourself per map.

• Disconnect Protection: A player who crashes mid-match comes back next to the job NPC instead of spawning inside the arena.

• Target Support: ox_target and qb-target detected automatically, with a plain E key fallback when neither is installed.

• Highly Configurable: Maps, spawn points, doors, blockers, lobby limits, rewards, whistle, chat, catch markers, NPC position and more — everything owner-facing lives in one commented config file. Adding your own map is a config entry.

• Multi-Language: 11 built-in languages (EN, TR, DE, FR, ES, PT-BR, IT, NL, PL, RU, CS) for both the UI and notifications.

• Optimized: Every loop sleeps when it is not needed, so the script idles at 0.00 ms outside a match.
